I’m writing this review because I have received a very nice response from the owner of Thorold Laundry. I had the opportunity to meet with him and discuss the
issue that I encountered with the Dryer. He was very helpful and he informed me of the issues with Dryers, I have been able to talk with him and the issue that I had has been resolved much to my satisfaction! I still go to Thorold Laundry to do my laundry because it is a very clean place and the people are concerned about any issues that their customers may encounter. Thank You very much for addressing this issue!!! If you are looking for a good place to do laundry, I definitely recommend checking out Thorold Laundry!!!
